3. The pretreatment process for hazardous goods and chemicals should be completed before final recycling.

4. To file a fresh EPR application, the following details of the authorized person must be submitted:

• Concerned person’s name
• Designation
• Company’s website
• Toll-free number
• E-mail ID
• Previous sales record (if any)

5. All agreements signed between producers and authorized authorities (recyclers) must be verified and submitted to the department.

6. Finally, recycling of the target mentioned in the EPR Certificate must be completed by the producer in coordination with their authorized recycler to ensure proper and transparent compliance.
